What we collect
- When you order: your name, email address, phone number, and billing and delivery addresses.
- When you pay: your payment is handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
- When you create an account: your email address and password, stored encrypted.
- When you browse: pages viewed, referring site, approximate location from your IP address, and device and browser type.
Why we collect it
To take payment, pack and deliver your order, answer your questions, meet our tax and record-keeping obligations, and improve the store. We only use it for the purpose we collected it for, or a directly related purpose you would reasonably expect.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies to keep your cart and your signed-in session working. These are necessary for the store to function.
We also use analytics cookies to understand how the store is used. These only run once you consent, and you can withdraw consent at any time from the cookie notice.
Who we share it with
We share your information only with the providers we need to run the store: our payment provider, our delivery carrier, our email provider and our hosting provider. We do not sell your personal information.
Some of these providers store information outside Australia. Our payment provider (Stripe) and our analytics provider (Google) process data in the United States, and our email provider (SMTP2GO) may process data in New Zealand and the United States. Each is bound by its own privacy obligations, and we only share what they need to do their job.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for at least five years, as Australian tax law requires. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@trendygram.com.au and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
