Change of mind — 30 days
Changed your mind? You can return an item within 30 days of delivery, as long as it is unworn, in the same condition you received it, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.
Change-of-mind returns are sent back at your cost. Once the item arrives and we have checked it, we refund the item price to your original payment method. The original shipping charge is not refunded on a change-of-mind return.
Faulty or not as described
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
If an item is faulty or not as described, we cover the return postage. These rights are in addition to the 30-day change-of-mind window, and are never limited by it.
Starting a return
Email info@trendygram.com.au with your order number and the item you are returning, and we will send you return instructions. Please don’t send anything back before you hear from us.
